We offer free delivery on parcels over £99 to the vast majority of UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, some scottish highlands, and UK islands with no road access may incur an additional cost.
Orders that contain large items may need to be delivered on a pallet. Details of our pallet delivery costs are below.

You can check the delivery cost of a particular order by adding products to the shopping cart. The cart will show the amount charged for delivery.
Pallet deliveries are an all day service. A team member will contact you to organise a convenient delivery date. A person must to present at the delivery address to receive and sign for your products.
Our courier will provide you with a one hour time slot, either by email or text message at the start of the delivery day or before, to tell you who your driver is, what time they will be with you, and giving you the option to re-arrange delivery for another time.
This is an outstanding service that means you won't have to wait in all day for your delivery
